If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

8. Data and Data Ownership

Data (sketches and associated metadata) on Sketch Toy is not permanent and may be deleted at any time to clear up space. Sketch Toy will do its best to delete only old data that is no longer used. Sketch Toy reserves the right to make use of your data — including for promotional purposes — without prior notice.
